FPRE
Fahrländer Partner AG (FPRE) is a private, independently operating consulting and research company with headquarters in Zurich and branches in Bern and Frankfurt am Main. Based on comprehensive market data, FPRE supports over 800 customers in real estate economics issues and offers a wide range of valuation services. FPRE also works as an auditor for the Swiss Sustainable Real Estate Index (SSREI), is a system operator and user of REMMS (Association for Real Estate Meta-Rating and Monitoring on Sustainability) and carries out the PACTA climate test 2024 for the FOEN.
In November 2024, Amenti AG successfully completed a three-year research project entitled “Fast Efficient Assessment of BIPV in the Building Feasibility Stage” (Innolink: 101.214 IP-EE). Amenti AG and Viridén + Partner AG acted as implementation partners, SUPSI as research partner. The project was financed by the Swiss Agency for Innovation Promotion, Innosuisse.
SUPSI
The SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland) is one of the nine universities recognized by the Swiss Confederation. The research project with Amenti was led by Prof. Dr. Francesco Frontini. He is Director of the Institute for Applied Sustainability in the Built Environment (ISAAC) within the Department of Environment, Construction and Design at SUPSI.
Viridén + Partner AG
Viridén + Partner is an architectural office for renovations and conversions based on ecological aspects in Zurich. In the area of energy-efficient construction, the office offers comprehensive planning and consulting services. As part of the European funding program Horizon 2020, Viridén + Partner supports projects to promote photovoltaic systems.
Innosuisse
Innosuisse is the Swiss agency for promoting innovation. It supports SMEs, start-ups, research institutions and other Swiss organizations in their research and development activities and facilitates collaboration and knowledge transfer to develop promising new products or services.
