Navigating complex building regulations is now easier – our new AI assistant provides clear answers at local authority level, highlights additional provisions and clarifies how these relate to regulations at cantonal and federal level.
For the time being, the AI assistant is available in the Canton of Zurich. During an initial test phase, the focus is on ensuring our quality standards are met, before the chat function is gradually rolled out to all Swiss cantons and the respective languages.
The AI assistant is accessible to all Amenti licence holders. Start or open an existing project in the Canton of Zurich and click on the assistant at the top. The zone is already linked to the project, but can be customised as required, e.g. in the event of a rezoning (revision).
